Really Bored & FInished all my homework so.. Been thinking about this photography stuff and if I am really willing to give it a go. I have been thinking about having photography as a major when I go to college, but at the same time not sure. Some fields of photography I would like to take a look into are:

Architectural
Fine Arts
Food
Automotive
Fashion
Portrait

Those are just a few types of fields I would want to look into in the future when I prepare to head out to college. So I just need to keep at it since I haven't really been taking photos daily. I just need to keep it persistent, I think I have made I pretty food improvement from when I first started back in July of 2007.

Well this week was the first week back to school as a Junior, so that means only two more years. The week was good went by pretty fast actually and it is nice to see everyone again. All my classes are pretty cool and I think the best teacher of the year debating on my photography & Ceramics class for me. Other than that nothing else it was a great week and hoping there isn't that much work next week hopefully, but who knows. No photo's for this post, but don't worry might have photo's by the weekend or during the next few weeks since I have to do some homework for my photography class.

Well, School is starting tomorrow. How fun is that going to be ! But yeah anyways, Didn't really do anything today besides clean my room and get ready for school. Yesterday on the other hand ! Went to San Francisco to go shop for some stuff, it was pretty cool since it was like the first time I been to San Francisco in like a year or so ( Yeah, I know a pretty long time ). Just ate some Itialian food then went to the mall, Powell, then Haight for a little while. Now all my money is gone, which sucks. Went to Vallejo for a bit to visit my cousins, planned some stuff with them for the winter. Now I am just waiting to go to school tomorrow, which I don't want to. But other than that, just went to Charles' house today before he leaves for a week to LA & Mexico, Have fun man. Tried to help him out with his Nikon, but couldn't really do it cause I have a Canon. My relatives from S. San Francisco came over and it was pretty fun taking pictures of my little cousins at the park. Other than that nothing else to do, it is Friday tomorrow and I hope I do something good this weekend.

Today cleaned upstairs a little bit. Edited some photo's to make them feel a little "vintage" cause I got pretty bored. Also I was reading a few things off this site about photography and I have to say I agree on these things because they are true. I will post some quotes from the site.

Don't presume the most expensive gear is the best. Having too much camera equipment is the best way to get the worst photos.
Buying newer cameras will ensure you get the same results you always have. Education is the way to better images, not more cameras.
Photographers make photos, not cameras.
You probably already have all the equipment you need, if you'd just learn to make the best of it. Better gear will not make you any better photos, since the gear can't make you a better photographer.
Just about any camera, regardless of how good or bad it is, can be used to create outstanding photographs for magazine covers, winning photo contests and hanging in art galleries. The quality of a lens or camera has almost nothing do with the quality of images it can be used to produce.
Buying new gear will NOT improve your photography.
Your equipment DOES NOT affect the quality of your image. The less time and effort you spend worrying about your equipment the more time and effort you can spend creating great images. The right equipment just makes it easier, faster or more convenient for you to get the results you need.

Well I think I'll just get straight to the point. Today Charles came over to play some rock band and chill. We played a few songs on rock band then decided to cook some fries. We browsed to web while the food was cooking then after we ate we decided to work on my bike. This was uncalled for because at first we didn't know what to do, so we decided to make it a single speed for now until I sneak some money in for a new rear wheel & a chain. But while we were working on the bike there was some hella funny shit that we did, good times. After about 3 hours working on the chain only we finally got it to work so it's all good ! I think we accomplished a lot of things today I made my bike a single speed & Charles landed a pop shuv-it off the curb. So in all, today was a great day now it's time to fix Charles' bike tomorrow hopefully that goes well.

By the way ! Got something better than photo's today, I gots videos !

2 Weeks

Sucks, only 2 more weeks of summer left. Haven't really done anything this summer and I don't think I am going to do anything for these 2 weeks so sucks for me. Anyways today went to church then Vallejo cleaned my room a bit and went back to Vallejo to sleep over. I am really bored right now, want to fix up my bike but I barely have any cash and there are other things on my mind that i want to buy. When I was at my house I made this little flash thingy for my camera because I don't have a speedlite so yeah. I think it worked pretty well considering it didn't make it look all dark and what not. Hoping to go to the bike shop tomorrow and see what they have. &HUF is taking hella long with my damn order. HUF online sucks !

Well today is basically done because I didn't do anything. There has been some problems with my grandpa that has something to do with his bladder or something like that. So I can't really do anything or go anywhere cause my dad goes to Vallejo and checks up on him, but I don't blame him I am just very bored! I saw my package or should I say bag? from urban outfitters in the mail or should I say mailbox. When I went to check the mail my package was inside the mailbox it was kind of funny. Bought those cheapo Chengs Plimsol and let me tell you don't buy them! They suck, authentics are way better! + they smell like tires. Didn't get to go to the bike shop today cause of that stuff, but thanks Charles for telling me some prices. Hopefully the last 2 weeks of summer are good, I just hope.

First off, no pictures today because I was lazy. Second, I am almost done with that damn bike. Took almost a week for me to finish sanding because I was lazy and only sanded for like an hour some days. Now I just need to go to the bike shop and buy a chain, chain tool, and a crank tool and maybe sneak in a new chainring if I have enough money. Even though I still need to save up for some new wheels & a paint job. My dad told me instead of painting to bike with spray paint he told me he is looking for a place to get it painted that is not that expensive, so it sounds good to me. Just have to come up with that money. So this bike to me it just for practice and messing around and also learning how to ride one of these and in the future I will eventually save up enough money to buy a new frame. So yeah I want to bike already cause I am getting fat !

Today is basically the first day of my 3 week summer vacation since I had summer school. So today I cleaned up the kitchen a bit, sanded the bike down a bit, then went to Vallejo back to the hospital the see my grandpa again cause he is there. I feel bad cause I was suppose to go to Charles' house to help him fix his bike. Then around 730 Christian came over and I wanted to practice some photography. Haven't posted in a while. So far everything is going good I guess. 3 Days of summer school left, finally ! Starting to covert my road bike into a fixed road bike or "Fixie". It's going pretty well, but the hard part is sanding the frame down so I can repaint it. Still deciding on a few colors either chrome, dark purple, dark gray, or white. Will get some pictures tomorrow.

It was alright nothing really has changed since the last time I went there. First ride I rode was Medusa and saw Czarina and her cousins there. Damn bop followed me there ! jk, so. Well Today had summer school like the usual. Painted in art which was pretty cool ! After school we got picked up by Eric's sister and had a sausage fest in the backseat. We went to the mall to watch "The Incredible Hulk" with Eric, Alyssa, Charles, Charles' girlfriend, & Jonathan. I think it was a pretty good movie actually, I thought I was going to waste my money on it. But I am broke now so oh well. After we chilled in the mall for a while and that's about it.

Well, Today is Father's Day. Just like any other Sunday we went to church and all. Then we went to Tapex to get a few drinks and some food over there. Waited for a while though. Went to Vallejo to see my Grandpa and my cousins it was cool. Watched them skateboard and met a few new people over there. Tomorrow is going to suck because I have Summer school. How fun is that ! Well, I have one class, but it's in the afternoon which sucks. 11 to 130. I have Art, but don't ask me why, No I didn't fail art. I have no photo's because I didn't bring my camera.

Hey everyone, Well I am leaving for Long Beach tomorrow for a week. Yes I still have school, but I am going on Independent Study :P Yes it sucks. I'll be doing most of my work in the car though, what else am I going to do for 6 hours. Well anyways today was pretty good, well at least better than yesterday. Weather got a bit better, I just hope Long Beach weather doesn't suck this week. I am looking forward to take a bunch of pictures. Well I feel better because I cleaned my room and my closet finally hopefully I keep it clean. Well finished everything I have to do in the house and I am packed and ready to go. Took a few photo's and tried my first panoramic photo, I still need to work on the damn stitching ! Stupid photoshop cs2. Btw; I need a new lens for Long Beach :( I have been with the kit lens for about a year now.

Well, In about weeks school is over for me because I am going to Long Beach for a week for my sisters graduation. This year has been pretty good, well at least better than last year. I got to know more people and I finally started to do some of my work, but then started to slip during toward the end of the year :D aha. But yeah, today so far I have been working on my assignments and also got a haircut again. Going to Vallejo later for my Grandma & Grandpa's 50th? wedding anniversary meeting thing. Just another event to practice taking pictures at that's what I say ! Well I have been trying to practice pano's but they just don't turn out right? Blame CS2? No, I just need to practice stitching them together and it will be all good !

Well, The past few weeks have really been stressful to me since there is a lot of things going on since school is almost over. I am starting to get really lazy and not doing some of my work which I shouldn't do since there is only about 3-4 more weeks of school. I still need to do some missing work for two of my classes which I hope to get done by the time I go to Long Beach. Besides school work I also have other things on my mind which I shouldn't because I thought about this thing before and it just confuses me. The only thing different about this time is that I thought about it for a week straight and it really got to me. So I say, What do I do? Well I guess I can't really do anything since the fact probably is it isn't going to happen ever. Hey, it probably doesn't even mean anything anyway. So I guess I should just move on or do something else about it. But it is hard. Oh well I guess, I think I should just spend as much time as I can. Anyways weekend was alright, spent time with some family and yeah.

Lately I have been thinking that I should start becoming more open to photography such as going out more and taking more photos. Talking to people that have experience in photography. I want to be able to do this as a job or something when I get older. So I have a few goals for my photography

Past Few Days

Well, I have been really busy in a way for the past seven days. To sum all of this up, I had a loss in my family, relatives coming over, a funeral to attend, cleaning up, and celebrations. Oh yeah, can't forget the make up work at school :P
Lets go day by day so you can know what I did :

Wed - Fri : Clean up the house for relatives coming over, recover from what has happened on Tuesday and buy clothes for the funeral

Sat : See my relatives from Guam and around the bay area and have them sleep over our house until the day of the funeral.

Sun : 1st viewing at Bryan-Braker Funeral home and got to see some other relatives there

Mon : 2nd viewing and rosary at Mt. Carmel Catholic Church

Tue : Funeral and Pallbearer , Reception and having my cousins visit my house

Wed + School, Recovery

Thats about all the things I have done in the past few days I am still trying to get use to my Lola not being here "in person" anymore but I know that she is now watching over me with my brother, Lolo, and auntie. But it is still not the same in the morning, afternoon, and just having her around.

Well, I don't really want to post much on this post because it is not really good news. I mean in a way it is good news and in another not so good. Well my Lola ( Grandma ) passed on yesterday April 1st around 2-3 pm around there. I got picked up at school and went to visit her at the hospital. I saw her maybe 30 minutes before she left and I didn't really know what to do. Of course right now I am sad thinking about the times we had and all that. Her room is right across from mine and it will never be the same anymore. I just wished I could of spent more time with her or talk to her more, of course me I didn't really care I just played my video games or I was on the computer, Of course I am going to regret it because she is gone now and I thought I would have learned my lesson after a few things that happened in my life but I guess I haven't. I don't think she knew how much I actually cared about her though, I ignored her sometimes when she use to tell me to do things like wash the dishes or clean my room. But I guess it's all gone now, she is with my brother, my auntie, and my lolo ( grandpa ). I just hope when she was alive she realized how much i loved her. But I can't do anything now of course I just hope she is happy up there and I hope I get to see all of them again one day especially my brother since I have never seen him before. Well I guess I am done for this post and if i don't post for a while you'll know why now..

Today seemed very short. Well I didn't really do much today besides go to Hercules for my cousin's birthday party and pick up my sister from the airport. The day really seemed to fly by, kinda sucks knowing school is starting on Monday. Ehh, Whatever though.. But anyways um, today was boring. Started off as waking up and eating nothing until 11 o' clock. I made myself three grilled cheese's, they weren't really that good though, well at least for breakfast -__- So after that I took a shower and got ready for the party thing. We took a trip to Starbucks then headed to Hercules. The party was pretty lame, but you had to keep in mind it was just a birthday party so yeah. Well nothing really much to talk about besides I been starting to play my Wii lately for some odd reason, but it's fun. But now I am just sitting here typing this blog and enjoying my Watermelon Slush from Sonic ! :D

But anyways didn't really do anything since I can't really skate -__- eh, at least I am being honest. Did a few grinds though :D aha. So yeah anyways after that we went to umm, Jack in the Box ! I ordered 4 Tacos, 1 Sour Dough Jack, Curly Fries & a Medium Drink. Did I finish it all? Yes, Yes I did. I am fat I know :( .. So after we went to Angels house to uhh I'm not really sure why we did, but we did.

4 : We went to the mall , well to Mervyns actually to get some jeans. Well we didn't actually buy them BUT yeah we got them and that's all you need to know ! It started to get hella cold & windy outside it sucked. Went to Starbucks and bought a Green Tea frap didn't really like it, but it was okay. We started getting scared because we kept on seeing security roam around so we headed to Barnes & Nobles. Angel went back home and we left back to our house.

6 : Now here I am typing this blog, drinking water, eating oreos, downloading more songs for rock band, and throwing my cousins iPhone around. Ah, this day was a pretty long day, BUT good none the less.

"Good Friday"

Ehhhhhhh, Today. Well today basically consisted of nothing. Well I saw an old friend which I haven't seen since Nov of last year so it was cool. We chilled at my house then at the park on the bench for a while doing well, nothing. Then Charles came by didn't really do anything still? We stayed at the park for a little bit then Czarina came by with her cousins to the park as well. It was getting hella hot so we decided to chill at Charles house and still nothing to do. Played with Charles' dog for a while then called it a day. Baker & I walked home and saw his friend Joe and his prelude. Then took our separate ways going home since he lives somewhere else. It was a pretty chill day basically & tomorrow I might re arrange my room? Well that is if I am not lazy.. :P

btw; Forgot my cam, So no pictures of today :( Bummer.

Yeaahhhhh! Thursday is like the best day of the week now, why do I say that? Well it's because today was pretty cool! :P Well I guess I should start to tell you about how it all started, well of course a short ( but long ) day of school. After I was just hella bored so i decided to bike around saw a couple of my friends and bombed some hills out here :O Almost got hit by some cars though, but it's cool. But yeah so it''s the start of spring break and hopefully things will go good ! Hopefully I will get to "fix" my bike. So my bike project could start ( Good exercise though ) But yeah tomorrow I think I will take on an Adventure! Time to get my sleep..

Palm Sunday

Hmm, No post since last Sunday? I think, eh oh well. This weekend was pretty much crap. Didn't do anything well my family never does anything anymore. So I guess I get use to it? Not :P Anyway today is Palm Sunday that means next Sunday is Easter and what that means is church will be crowded -__- Lame , But today I served for church again and yeah nothing really special, but there's this girl there and yeah. Not gonna go into detail with that, but it's good though! :D So basically I cleaned up my room & drove the car around pretty boring since I already know how to drive so there is no point eh.. So I guess I am done for today

oh & btw Spring Break is Next Week ! YES. Hopefully I can go do something ? ( City , Snowboard, Chill ) Eh, One of those things would be good. Or at least go somewhere with my camera so I can practice my photography, just a thought.

Finally ! Done with those damn exit exams. I think it sucks to have exit exams because if we don't pass we don't graduate. How nice it that :D Well today was the last day of the exit exams and I say I did pretty well, eh hopefully :P But anyways the rest of the day was alright, I mean there's no point of 30 minute classes. That is so stupid ! But towards the end of the day it was good. Talked to my friend for a while it was pretty cool made jokes and all that other stuff, eh i won't get too deep into it. So..I guess that's about it I mean exit exams are done! Talked to my friend which was nice ! and I am finally starting to do my homework again! aha

Hard at studying ! How about No :P Well as my older post say I was suppose to study for the exit exam, but actually didn't really do anything. I didn't clean my room yesterday either, why? Because I am lazy :D Today wasn't that fun either did the same thing like every other Sunday, went to church, then that's about it. Oh and by the way the time change SUCKS. Well only because I just feel hella tired ! Bought me some new vans today and a few shirts so that made my weekend fun , aha. No Nothing more to write about this weekend sucked, but wasn't the worst. Hope the exams go well and I am done.

Eh, Today doesn't seem like it's going to be really fun one bit -__- Not good at all. All I am going to do today is study for the exit exam? Exciting isn't it? Oh yeah! I'll do some cleaning here and there too :D whoo ! This is going to be the best Saturday ever. Well tomorrow is going to be better I already know, but I was testing out a light box so I'll post up a pick. It isn't that great though :P

Starting out fresh again? Well yeah, Don't ask me why though. I will do it off and on , here and there, whatever ! So yeah I am doing this to delete all my older post that need no attention because that's the past and tomorrow is the future ? Eh, I'm not really sure what I am typing, So basically I am just typing stuff so I can make it seem long that's all :P
Well I will try and update this with photos that I take with my Camera as soon as possible or at least try once a week if i can , seems tough ! Well you won't be hearing from me much this weekend because I have the "CAHSEE" ( California High School Exit Exam ) or better yet ; just exit exam. Damn Arnold and making this a law that if you pass you could graduate high school >:| , Well I guess that's about if for this weekend ? Yes, No, Maybe So? ah , I'm done
